Caroline began her career in the B2B Telecommunications industry working for one of the biggest independent brokers. She carried out a varied role which included PA duties to the Group Sales Director, internal administration and provided an excellent level of customer care to existing clients throughout the UK. Within the last couple of years, Caroline came out of the industry and took a key role in care within the BUPA group. Throughout the pandemic, she continued to be on the front line along with many other key workers caring and supporting residents who were vulnerable to the COVID19 outbreak. In 2021, Caroline joined Alexander House to help with day to day administration and will no doubt, become a key member of a very important and experienced Operations Team.

Caroline loves spending as much time as possible with her Fiancé Andrew, five children and two not so well-behaved puppies. The annual family holiday to Cornwall is an event that she looks forward to the most and enjoys making special memories with all her extended family. Life is busy, but she wouldn’t have it any other way.
