Kayleigh has worked in financial services in some capacity since she was the age of 17, starting out in insurance sales/service with Direct Line. Whilst here she performed a number of roles, including claim handling. She took a short break to have her daughter and then moved into financial services complaints with Capita, outsourced to Lloyds Banking Group in 2012. Whilst there she was involved in training/coaching colleagues, improving quality and approach across the operation. She also had a hand in recruitment. During her time here she also dealt directly with FOS complaints and so she has a great understanding of how the complaints process works.

She moved into the Financial Advice area in March 2017, joining Sandringham Financial Partners, where she discovered her love and talent for Paraplanning. During her time there she developed her skills very quickly and chose to begin working towards my Diploma. She left Sandringham for Alexander House Financial Planning as it was better fit for her home life and she is currently loving her role as an in house Paraplanner, whilst still working towards her Diploma.

Location: In her free time, she enjoys socialising, reading, baking and playing PS4 with her 10 year old tomboy. They live together in the Gledhow area of Leeds with their 2 cats and Cockapoo.
