Sally started her career in Financial Services working in the Actuarial Department for Provident Mutual in Hertfordshire. She then moved back home to Lincolnshire and took up an administrative role for the National Mutual branch office, before moving to an independent Financial Adviser firm, where she specialised in Pensions, in particular Small Self-Administered Pension Schemes (SSAS) and Self Invested Personal Pension Schemes (SIPPs), and subsequently qualified to provide pensions advice. Sally took a career break in 2001 to have her two children but, once they were at school, she returned to financial services to undertake administrative roles.

Sally is married with two children. In her free time, Sally pursues her lifelong passion for horses and enjoys supporting her youngest daughter competing in Eventing at a national level.
